Forgotten password, error message, printer that does not print.
Forgotten administration password
It can be reset: the procedure is described in the LISEZMOI.txt file shipped with ceelab. Your templates, document types and history are kept.
“An unexpected error occurred”
ceelab stopped to protect your data: nothing is lost. Copy report or Save report, send it on, then Restart interface.
The printer does not print
Look at the administration’s alert badge: settings brought over from another computer may point to a printer that is not present on this one. The alert takes you straight to the right setting, and the Test button in Settings sends a test page.
An output failed
It is flagged on the end screen and in the history, with its number. Regenerate it from Database › History (or cee reprint ID): the same number is reused.
The cee command answers “open it once”
ceelab has not been opened on this computer yet, or has just been updated. Open ceelab once, then run the command again.
